StrongHER is a strength coaching program designed for women, especially ages 35-55, to gain a stronger body, sharper mind, and a lasting legacy.
The program includes progressive strength training to increase muscle mass, fat loss, and balance hormones to optimize physical and mental well-being. You will gain strength, boost confidence, and take a holistic approach to your health. We believe wellness goes beyond functional fitness—our program combines strength training with mindset coaching and stress management.
Includes weekly check ins and 2-3 thirty-five minute workouts each week, in 4 week training blocks.

Our nutrition coaching program, designed exclusively for busy women who are tired of the fad diets and sales pitches of products that don't offer long term solutions. This program is for women who want to nourish their bodies, improve their relationship with food, and take a more holistic approach to their health. It is not meal plans and diets—it’s about understanding the unique needs of your body and mind to create lasting, positive changes. We focus on equipping you with the tools you need to succeed long term. We offer nutritional guidance, education, macro and micro nutrient goals, and accountability. You will check in with a coach weekly. If you put in the work, we guarantee you will find the results you've been looking for.
This strength programming only option includes 4 people per session with 1 coach. This intimate size gives you the same individualized coaching you would receive in a traditional one-on-one session, only it gives you the opportunity to do it with other women on the same journey as you. You'll get access to progressive strength coaching, nutritional guidance, accountability, and support from a coach that’s committed to your success.
Our strength program designed to help youth athletes build strength, enhance sports performance, and prevent injuries —all while fostering leadership skills and a positive sense of identity and self-worth. We focus on the whole person, integrating physical training with mental and emotional development to empower youth both on and off their field. We host strength camps, team trainings, and semi private training. We believe strength training for youth is highly undervalued and has the power to not only increase their power, speed, endurance, and recovery, but also their outcomes of success.
